Due to the research-use-only nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect selection, or change of mind.

Product quality issues

We stand behind the quality of our catalog. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or otherwise has a quality issue, contact us within 14 days of delivery at truaminos@gmail.com with your order number, photos, and batch details. We will review the issue and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or refund.

How to report an issue

Email your order number and a description of the issue.
Include clear photos of the product and packaging if applicable.
Provide any batch or lot information visible on the label.
